Welcome!
The spacious villa features a grand view of the lake from the sliding glass doors, bedrooms and large screened-in lanai, which offers a covered section and a section open to the warm Florida sunshine. This is our favorite spot for cocktails, grilling and dining outdoors. Cathedral ceilings and an open floor-plan create a spacious, comfortable atmosphere. Entering from the attached automatic-opening two-car garage leads into the eat-in kitchen - ideal for bringing in groceries from the many nearby stores.
Ground-level convenience (no stairs) and two bedrooms, two full baths, den, eat in kitchen, great room with a living/dining area, and, of course, the exceptionally large lanai offer ample space. The home is well equipped - with everything from a large flatscreen TV to beach chairs. The exclusive Crown Pointe community offers a beautiful lakeside heated pool, tennis courts, fitness center, club house, hot tub/ spa and billiards.
